All persons who qualify to become a candidate may apply at the training center. To do so, a candidate MUST call (404) 753-6466 first to make an appointment. You must appear in person on the date of your appointment to complete and submit an apprenticeship application.

The following items MUST be submitted in ENGLISH at the time of application:

• High School Diploma or GED
• High School Transcripts (each GED applicant must have High School transcripts up to the point s/he left school)
• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License
• DD-214 (if you have ever served in the military)

Failure to submit all the above documentation at the time of Application will result in you not being allowed to submit an application.
